Since childhood, nature has been a place of grounding and reflection for me. After working as an oculofacial surgeon, I turned to painting as a way of restoring that sense of calm.
Marked by impasto brushwork and bold underpainting colors, my work invites viewers to slow down and linger in the living world. My background in surgery has shaped my sensitivity to pattern, structure, and balance.
